npass.io offers a structured partner program with three tiers, each designed for a different level of engagement and commitment.
Referral Partner
Refer potential customers to npass.io and earn a commission on successful conversions. This tier requires no technical commitment and is ideal for consultants, advisors, and IT professionals with strong industry networks.
- Eligible plans: Professional and Enterprise only
- Commitment: No minimum sales volume required
- Responsibilities: Customer introduction and referral only; npass.io handles the full sales cycle, onboarding, and technical support
- Compensation: Recurring referral commission (details provided upon agreement)
- Deal registration: 90-day protection on registered opportunities
Value-Added Reseller (VAR)
Sell npass.io directly to your customers, bundled with your own consulting, integration, or deployment services. Gold partners maintain the customer relationship and provide first-line technical support.
- Eligible plans: Professional and Enterprise only
- Commitment: Annual minimum user volume applies
- Responsibilities: Direct sales, first-line customer support, onboarding assistance, and local compliance consulting
- Benefits: Wholesale pricing, partner portal access, co-branded marketing materials, technical training and certification
- Deal registration: 90-day protection on registered opportunities
Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Integrate npass.io into your managed services portfolio. Platinum partners deliver npass.io as part of a comprehensive managed network security offering, with multi-tenant management capabilities.
- Eligible plans: Professional and Enterprise only
- Commitment: Higher annual minimum user volume applies
- Responsibilities: Full managed service delivery, ongoing customer support, network design and deployment
- Benefits: Best wholesale pricing, dedicated MSP management portal, multi-tenant dashboard, dedicated partner manager, priority technical escalation, joint go-to-market planning
- Deal registration: 90-day protection on registered opportunities
