Merchant of Record : All payments for npass.io subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC (a Stripe company), which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment processing on behalf of Netcube, Inc. These Subscription Terms describe billing, payment, plan features, and renewal terms for npass.io subscriptions. They supplement our Terms of Service. npass.io is offered exclusively to business customers (Terms of Service, Section 1.1).
All plans cover user authentication for wireless (Wi-Fi) networks using WPA2/3-Enterprise — IEEE 802.1X with PEAP-MSCHAPv2 and service-issued credentials. npass.io offers the following subscription plans :

Plan scope : Current plans provide wireless (Wi-Fi) authentication with PEAP-MSCHAPv2 user credentials, plus MAB for non-802.1X devices on Professional and Enterprise. Capabilities outside this scope — such as wired 802.1X or certificate-based authentication (EAP-TLS) — are on our roadmap and will be introduced as separate additions; they are not part of current plan entitlements.
Minimum Billing : Starter plans are billed for a minimum of 10 users (€50/month or €500/year). Professional plans are billed for a minimum of 20 users (€200/month or €2,000/year). If your organization has fewer users than the minimum, you will still be billed at the minimum user count.
Annual billing is paid upfront for the full year and includes a discount equivalent to 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
npass.io uses a per-user pricing model. You are billed based on :
Each user can register up to the number of devices included in their plan (Starter: 2, Professional: 3, Enterprise: custom); the device allowance also sets the maximum number of concurrent sessions per user. On Starter and Professional, additional devices beyond the plan allowance can be added at €1.00 per device/month.
Each plan tier includes different infrastructure provisions. All customer data is hosted within the EU across every tier :
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan with full access to all plan features. A valid payment method (credit card) is required at signup. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Automatic conversion : unless you cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your paid subscription starts automatically on the day after the trial ends, and your selected plan is charged to your payment method at that time. We will remind you by email before the trial ends, including the exact conversion date, the plan and price, and how to cancel. You can cancel at any time during the trial via Dashboard → Settings → Subscription — if you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.

Pricing is in EUR. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy automatically calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) based on your billing address. Tax amounts are shown at checkout and on your invoice.
Invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record for each billing cycle and are available through your account dashboard. For invoice questions, contact npass.io@netcube.com.
4.1 Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
4.2 We send an email reminder 7 days before each renewal date with your current plan, pricing, renewal date, and cancellation instructions.
4.3 Price changes. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of pricing changes; new pricing takes effect on your next renewal date. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal date.
5.1 Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle; your billing date is unchanged.
5.2 Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date; you retain current plan features until then; no refunds for the current cycle.
5.3 Adding users : charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current cycle, then included in full at renewal.
5.4 Removing users : removed users lose access immediately; a pro-rata credit is applied toward your next billing cycle where applicable.
6.1 How : Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or email npass.io@netcube.com.
6.2 Effect : cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then. No refunds for partial periods (see 6.4).
6.3 Free trial : Every subscription begins with a 14-day free trial (a valid payment method is required at signup). You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to a paid plan the day after the trial ends and billing begins. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business customers.
6.4 Refunds : Once a subscription has converted to paid, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods, and annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC as our Merchant of Record; any refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method under its Buyer Terms. For issues attributable to us (e.g., extended service unavailability), we may grant a goodwill refund or credit at our discretion. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can usually be resolved directly.
7.1 Failed payments are retried automatically (typically up to 4 times over 14 days).
7.2 Grace period : 14 days from the initial failure with limited access; update your payment method or contact support.
7.3 Suspension : after the grace period, access is restricted (no new devices, users, or policies; audit data remains viewable). Reactivate by updating your payment method.
7.4 Termination : if unresolved for 30 days after suspension, the account may be terminated; data is then handled per Section 9 of the DPA.
Enterprise subscriptions include custom pricing, custom device allowances, a dedicated portal (yourcompany.npass.io), dedicated database and NLB, API access, custom SLA, dedicated account manager, priority support, custom deployment options, and extended audit log retention (12 months+). We may propose changes to these Subscription Terms with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification, highlighting the changes and your right to object. If you object before the effective date, the changes do not apply to you and either party may terminate the subscription as of the end of the current billing period; otherwise the changes take effect as announced.
