  • Business Customers Only — No Consumer Right of Withdrawal

    npass.io is offered exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB) and public-sector entities. See Section 1.1 of our Terms of Service.

    The statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB and Directive 2011/83/EU applies to consumers only. Because contracts for npass.io are concluded exclusively with businesses, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.

  • 14-Day Free Trial

    Every subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. See Section 6 of our Subscription Terms for cancellation and refund conditions.
